Role Overview 📝

We're looking for a Tech Lead to join our founding team. If you're a code-slinging, problem-solving, roadmap-driving superstar with a knack for turning chaos into order, then you're in the right place!

Key Responsibilities

Here is what you will be covering in this role

• Master of the Codebase: Take full ownership of our complex and dynamic codebase, maintaining and improving it continuously.
• Feature Wizard: Release new features according to our ambitious product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Bug-Squashing Hero: Support our Customer Success team by tackling requests and bug fixes efficiently.
• Roadmap Navigator: Collaborate with our CTO and other stakeholders to adjust and fine-tune the product roadmap.
• Tech Trendsetter: Embrace a "can do" approach to learning and implementing new technologies, keeping us at the cutting edge of fintech innovation.
• Team Captain: Lead by example, mentor other developers, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience leading technical teams.
• Very good knowledge of Python and proficiency in React.
• Strong knowledge of the serverless stack in AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
